Job summary

Peter Warren Automotive Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accessory Fitter / Pre-Delivery Technician to join our Ford and Mazda teams.

You’ll prepare vehicles, install genuine and aftermarket accessories, and ensure vehicles are delivered showroom-ready. This hands-on role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Service and Workshop colleagues to meet delivery deadlines and uphold high quality standards across the

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accessory fitting, pre-delivery or automotive preparation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills.
• Ability to confidently use hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality; follow technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Installing genuine and aftermarket vehicle accessories.
• Fitting tow bars, roof racks, steps, protection products and other accessories.
• Installing electrical accessories including dash cameras and reversing cameras.
• Completing pre-delivery inspections and vehicle preparation.
• Carrying out vehicle checks to ensure accessories and features operate correctly.
• Identifying and rectifying minor issues prior to customer delivery.
• Following manufacturer specifications and fitting instructions.
• Working closely with Sales, Service and Workshop teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate job cards and vehicle documentation.
• Keeping the workshop and work areas clean, safe and organised.

Ford, with Mazda as a secondary brand, is looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter / Pre-Delivery Technician to join our team.

About the Role

Working across Ford and Mazda, you’ll play an important role in ensuring vehicles are professionally prepared, accessorised and presented to the highest standard before they reach our customers.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Installing genuine and aftermarket vehicle accessories
• Fitting tow bars, roof racks, steps, protection products and other accessories
• Installing electrical accessories including dash cameras and reversing cameras

About You

We’re looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented and passionate about vehicles, with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in accessory fitting, pre-delivery or automotive preparation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills
• Ability to confidently use hand and power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow technical instructions and manufacturer specifications

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Automotive dealership, accessory fitting or pre-delivery experience will be highly regarded.
