Job summary

Soul Origin is hiring a Retail Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end store builds, refurbishments and related projects across the group, ensuring delivery on time, to budget and to Soul Origin standards.

You will collaborate with franchise partners, landlords, and designers, manage tendering and contractor relationships, and travel to sites to keep projects on track while upholding WHS and building codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in retail/hospitality fit-outs, QSR experience essential.
• Experience with design-to-handover in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end store delivery from design to handover.
• Lead tendering, procurement, and contractor management.
• Ensure codes, WHS, and Soul Origin standards.
• Travel interstate to site visits.
