Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a commercially minded pricing professional in Australia to ensure accurate, timely pricing execution across the APAC region. You will maintain pricing data, implement scheduled price actions, and deliver analytics to support commercial decisions.

You will engage with stakeholders to translate data into insights, drive improvements, and handle sensitive information with discretion, helping Cummins scale its pricing impact locally and globally.

Qualifications

• Commercial pricing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pricing processes and systems (Movex).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing data in Movex with accuracy and timely updates.
• Support scheduled mid-year and full-year pricing actions and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Contribute to pricing analytics, competitive pricing, and price-performance analysis.
• Prepare reports, analyses and insights to inform pricing and commercial decisions.
• Provide timely support to internal stakeholders on day-to-day pricing queries.
• Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information appropriately.

This role will suit a commercially minded individual, you will support accurate, timely and effective pricing execution. You will maintain pricing data, implement scheduled price changes, produce analysis and reporting, and provide responsive support to stakeholders across the APAC region. . You will have a real opportunity to make an impact in a business with considerable scale locally and globally. While base level pricing skills are required, it will be your ability to engage with the right stakeholders and partner with them to deliver commercial insights that will define your success.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Maintain accurate pricing data in the Movex system, including account setup, data validation and issue resolution.
• Support and implement scheduled mid-year and full-year pricing actions, ensuring changes are completed accurately and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to pricing improvement and analytical projects, including competitive pricing and price-performance analysis.
• Prepare clear reports, analysis and insights to support pricing and commercial decisions.
• Provide timely, practical support to internal stakeholders on day-to-day pricing queries and issues.
• Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information appropriately.
