• Track record of developing managers and creating inclusive, accountable teams.
• Leadership experience across complex, geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong commercial judgement with evidence of improving financial, contract and operational performance.
• Business development and proactive stakeholder relationships.
• High level of EQ and resilience to manage a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Contract Managers, and emerging leaders.
• Lead a complex, multi-site Queensland operations and standardise across locations.
• Own financial performance, budgets, contracts, safety, compliance, assets and operational risk for the state-wide operation.
• Build trusted relationships with councils, government departments, customers and industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and support portfolio growth and diversification.
• Oversee new sites, transitions and improvement projects.
• Embed safety, quality, information security and customer service across 100+ employees.
