Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting.
• Senior leadership experience in the resources sector.
• Proven ability to develop sector strategies and bids.
• Extensive knowledge of environmental legislation and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Sector Leadership: lead the growth of Umwelt’s QLD Resources Sector with a focus on minerals and energy transition.
• Technical Leadership: provide senior advice across approvals, impact assessment, and project delivery.
• Project Direction: set technical direction, scoping, planning, delivery and QA.
• Project and Commercial Delivery: lead multidisciplinary teams balancing client and regulatory needs.
• Client and Market Growth: build relationships, identify opportunities, support bids and pursuit strategies.
• National Collaboration: connect QLD opportunities with Umwelt’s broader capabilities.
• Team Capability: mentor staff and promote technical excellence and growth.
