Job summary

Showtime Consulting Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Project Lead with a strong QA background to lead testing across large-scale technology programs. You will manage QA teams, design test plans, coordinate field and lab testing, and drive defect management to ensure high-quality releases.

You will mentor testers, promote QA best practices, and provide testing insights throughout the software delivery lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams and managing testing activities.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and QA practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing programs across large-scale technology projects.
• Manage QA teams, testing activities, and defect lifecycles using JIRA.
• Design and execute test plans, strategies, and cases in Agile environments.
