Job summary

Rauland Australia Pty is seeking a QA Engineer in Melbourne to ensure quality, reliability and performance of software powering healthcare communication and workflow systems. You will automate testing, develop tests, and work with engineers, product managers and delivery teams to uphold high standards across releases.

The role emphasizes agile practices, collaboration, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in testing frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines (desirable).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration capability.
A proactive mindset and passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects with clear reporting to support release decisions.
Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Delivery teams throughout the SDLC.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are clear and testable.
