• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are clear and testable.

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our Product and Engineering team in Melbourne to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the software powering communication and workflow systems across hospitals and aged care facilities. What You’ll Be Doing

Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts

Perform functional, regression, and performance testing

Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks

What You’ll Bring

Experience in software testing and quality assurance

Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit

Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines (desirable)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration capability

A proactive mindset and passion for continuous learning
