Heidi is building the future of healthcare. We’re seeking a QA Engineer to own testing across web, mobile and clinical portals, from requirements to release. You’ll hand-test features, then automate with E2E frameworks in JavaScript, shaping risk-aware QA strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA for web or mobile products.
• Hands-on automated tests in JavaScript/TypeScript with Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience testing APIs against specs and integrations across platforms.
• Experience designing and running performance tests with k6 or JMeter.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and issue tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Test across web, mobile and clinical portals from requirements to release.
• Write hand tests, then automate features where it makes sense.
• Build and maintain E2E testing frameworks in JavaScript.
• Shape QA strategy and ensure quality throughout the release cycle.
• Write automated tests for end-to-end user flows in our products.
• Run performance tests and identify bottlenecks.
• Report testing outcomes clearly to managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to tighten requirements.
