As we roll out our new state-of-the-art data platform on Google Cloud, with the power of BigQuery and paving the way for future machine learning and AI innovations, this role will be key in ensuring the quality and reliability of our testing processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience in data pipelines, ETL, data warehouses, or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira and issue tracking.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the quality of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data analytics solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
• Design and execute test scripts to support data engineering initiatives.
• Work within project teams to ensure QA keeps momentum with build activities.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and QA Leads to integrate tests into continuous our test framework and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data analytics solutions through rigorous testing and validation
• Design and execute test scripts to support data engineering initiatives
• Work within project teams to ensure QA keeps momentum with build activities
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and QA Leads to integrate tests into continuous our test framework and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

What You Will Bring

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for data quality. To thrive in this role, you will:

• 3+ Years experience in QA as a test engineer, testing data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehouses, or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira
• Sound knowledge of testing in a data-centric environment (Data warehouse preferable)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong SQL skills
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test frameworks
