Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or related field.
• Preferred minimum 3 years' experience as a quality specialist, preferably using SAP.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure effective implementation of Nestlé Quality systems (SAP-QM, NCC, DMO-MMS).
• Oversee SAP-QM superuser duties and ensure compliance with Nestlé requirements.
• Manage foreign body and sensory complaints investigations with Production and Engineering.
• Drive Net Contents Control setup to meet Nestlé and regulatory requirements.
• Calibrate and monitor on-line and off-line quality instruments across the site.
