Qualifications

Proven Python programming ability through work, internships, uni projects or personal work.
Solid SQL fundamentals for querying, transforming and combining data.
Analytical problem-solving to break down issues and develop practical solutions.
Discipline in software development: readable code, testing, and version control.
Ability to take ownership and work with autonomy when needed.
Strong communication and collaboration with business users and colleagues.
Willingness to learn new technologies and improve skills.

Responsibilities

Design, build and improve software and data solutions across the group.
Develop Python applications and APIs, and integrate web functionality.
Create dashboards and self-service data tools for business users.
Automate repetitive processes and explore AI-enabled workflows.
Ensure quality and reliability through testing, documentation and version control.
