Qualifications
- PV clearance is required.
- Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in government or enterprise IT environment.
- Familiar with ITIL or IT service management.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications.
Responsibilities
- Desktop Support and Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates.
- Assist with installation and configuration of desktop systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients and team members.
- Document and report issues and resolutions clearly.
- Solve problems independently and work around challenges.
- Work in a government or enterprise IT environment.
