Job summary

ZEISS Vision Care in Adelaide is seeking a Purchasing and Warehouse Officer to support procurement and warehouse operations across Australia and New Zealand. Based at Tonsley, you will coordinate materials, ensure MSDS compliance, and handle receiving, shipping and order fulfilment for Rx labs.

You will use WMS and remote support tools, process invoices, and partner with marketing and freight teams to optimise stock and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and/or equipment support.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and remote support tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials to maintain Rx Lab operations and ensure MSDS accessibility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock audits.
• Receive, inspect and verify daily deliveries; arrange local, interstate and international freight as needed.
• Process customer orders: picking, packing and labeling for shipment.
