Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and cost-effective procurement support for a sustainable mining operation.
• Maintain accurate procurement records within ERP systems such as SAP.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify purchasing requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Convert purchase requisitions into orders.
• Update purchase orders as needed.
• Expedite overdue orders to avoid delays.
• Reconcile invoices against orders and deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers to secure goods and services.
• Support end users with procurement queries and issues.
• Report to the Procurement Coordinator.

Requirements

• Ability to clarify purchasing requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Ability to operate within a dynamic environment.
