Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking a Purchase to Pay System Support Officer in Brisbane to support the organisation's iBuy platform, underpinned by SAP Ariba. You will work with business users and suppliers to understand and navigate the system, provide guidance, training and help desk support to improve the user experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of system processes, deliver timely resolutions, and contribute to ongoing improvements within a structured government

Qualifications

• Proven procurement, purchasing, contract administration or supplier management experience.
• Experience providing system, process or user support in a business environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business groups and external suppliers.
• Experience using SAP Ariba for procurement transactions and supplier enablement.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of procurement governance and compliance frameworks would be highly regarded.”

The Role & The Team

As the Purchase to Pay System Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting Airservices' digital purchasing platform, iBuy, underpinned by SAP Ariba. A significant part of this role involves working directly with business users and suppliers to help them understand, navigate and effectively use the system. You will provide guidance, training and system support, troubleshoot user enquiries and issues, and contribute to improvements that enhance the overall user experience across the organisation.

Working closely with business stakeholders, system users and external suppliers, you will build strong relationships, deliver high-quality customer support, and help drive user adoption of system processes and functionality. You will join a collaborative and customer-focused team that values continuous improvement, stakeholder partnerships and practical solutions that enable business success.

The successful applicant will have:

• Demonstrated experience in procurement, purchasing, contract administration or supplier management.
• Experience providing system, process or user support within a business environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to develop productive working relationships across business groups and external suppliers.
• Experience using SAP Ariba, including procurement transactions, supplier enablement, contract workspaces or user support activities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, policies and compliance frameworks would be highly regarded.
