Job summary

Endeavour Group Careers is recruiting a Publican for the Blue Cattle Dog Hotel in Sydney, NSW. This hands-on VENUE Manager role blends hospitality leadership with community involvement and P&L oversight, requiring RSA, RCG, and NSW Licencee credentials.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver memorable pub experiences, daily service excellence, and strong community ties.

Publican (Venue Manager) | Blue Cattle Dog Hotel

We’re not just looking for a Venue Manager, we're on the hunt for a REAL Publican, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

Salary:

From $110,000 + superannuation + bonus

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
