Job summary

PM&C’s Graduate Program offers a twelve-month, award-winning pathway for graduates in Marketing or Communications. The program provides mentors, buddies, and a generous relocation package to Canberra.

It starts with a competitive APS3 salary and includes potential advancement after six months to APS4 with superannuation. You’ll rotate across three areas and work with teams supporting the Prime Minister, Cabinet, and Ministers.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support PM&C in communications across social media, editorial, and strategic campaigns.
• Draft speeches and messages for senior officials and ministers.
• Translate policy into clear, user-friendly content for a broad audience.
• Develop content strategies and integrated digital campaigns.
