It offers a twelve-month, award-winning experience with multiple rotations and strong mentoring, including a relocation package to Canberra.

The program places you in hands-on roles supporting senior leaders across communications, social media, speeches, and editorial tasks.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing or Communications.
• Ability to work across multiple areas with flexibility and curiosity.
• Willingness to relocate to Canberra and undertake checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Prime Minister, the Cabinet, Portfolio Ministers and Assistant Ministers with communications tasks.
• Develop content for social media, speeches, editorial material and strategic communications.
• Translate complex policy into engaging and user-friendly content.
• Draft speeches for the Prime Minister and other ministers; prepare messages for community events.
• Develop content strategies and digital campaigns, including multimedia assets.
