Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in a consulting or advisory environment within the public sector or similar settings.
• Strong quantitative analytical techniques to generate insights for decision-making.
• Ability to plan effectively and deliver high-quality work with initiative and judgment.
• Clear and persuasive communication with internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic consulting projects for clients and partners.
• Manage client relationships and influence key stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Provide thought leadership and develop innovative ideas to grow AGC's service lines.
• Apply structured problem-solving to policy and organisational challenges and run workshops/interviews.
• Mentor and develop AGC staff to foster a positive culture and capability.
