Job summary

Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect in Canberra to build and manage technical relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor to accelerate customer outcomes.

You will guide partners on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational excellence, while shaping AWS reference architectures and best practices for government, education, and health sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience presenting to executives, IT leadership, and developers.
• Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Meet with partners to understand their business and technical challenges, crafting solutions that leverage AWS products and services.
• Allocate time for learning and experimentation with the latest technologies to stay ahead.
• Evangelise and educate partners about AWS technology through workshops, content, and public speaking.
