Job summary

SA Health in Adelaide CBD is seeking a Manager Strategy and Planning to lead the development of strategic advice for the Chief Public Health Officer. The role coordinates high-level programs and drives policy initiatives to improve population health outcomes.

You will work with Executives and leaders to strengthen the Division, build capability, and foster a cohesive One Division approach, with strict governance and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning and policy development for population health.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build collaborations with stakeholders across the division and with DHW.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates high-level strategic advice to the Chief Public Health Officer on population health outcomes.
• Initiates, leads, delivers and evaluates critical programs and services for the Chief Public Health Officer and the Public Health Division.
• Fosters a One Division approach by building capability and effectiveness across the Division.
• Establishes collaborations with key stakeholders across the Division and DHW and with state and national public health committees.
