Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre, Trainee Medical Officer Unit, is seeking an HR Assistant for a fixed-term, full-time role through to April 2027. You will support the HR team across the employment lifecycle for junior doctors, gaining hands-on experience in a large health network.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will assist with contracts, salary determinations and HR advice, while maintaining CHRIS and ensuring timely processing of applications.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills suited for high quality customer service.
• High level organisational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to resolve issues with day-to-day HR processes.
• Proven computing skills including email, word processing and spreadsheets.
• Experience with HR admin systems and processes.
• Experience supporting a diverse professional team.
• Experience maintaining databases, data entry and report generation.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-level customer reception and support.
• Enter and maintain data in CHRIS HR Information System.
• Assist HR Advisor with salary determinations and contracts; advise on awards and agreements.
• Support TMOU in delivering high quality customer service and teamwork.
• Coordinate documentation timing with TMOR HR Case Coordinators and stakeholders.
