Job summary

RACV Noosa Resort is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Public Area team. You will maintain a clean, five-star standard across indoor and outdoor public spaces, ensuring guest comfort from morning to day shifts.

This casual role requires a proactive, reliable team member with a can-do attitude, capable of lifting 20 kg and adhering to health and safety practices. Uniforms, parking and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 20 kg and perform repetitive manual tasks safely.
• Excellent general cleaning skills with health and safety practices and chemical handling knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a busy leisure environment.
• Strong time management, reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties across internal/external public areas, including restrooms, conference rooms and dining outlets.
• Carry out manual handling tasks such as vacuuming, mopping and moving furniture to clean behind drawers and fixtures.
• Ensure adequate amenities and linen stock across facilities.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front office teams to maintain a five-star environment.
