Job summary

Pullman East Melbourne is seeking a devoted housekeeping team member to uphold the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across guest rooms, change rooms, washrooms and common areas.

You will work safely with cleaning chemicals and equipment, support other departments as needed, and help create a clean, welcoming environment that enhances every guest’s stay. This role offers on-site parking and Accor staff discounts across the global network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred (but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and a service-focused attitude.
• Reliable, energetic and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Flexible availability across a variety of shifts.
• Good time management, organisation and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the hotel looking its best by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Create a clean and welcoming team environment across change rooms, locker rooms, washrooms and team areas.
• Work safely and efficiently by using cleaning chemicals, equipment and supplies correctly and minimising waste.
• Support Housekeeping with linen and delivery runs, rollaway beds, cots and moving supplies.
• Work closely with other departments and assist the wider team when needed.
