Job summary

Endeavour Group Careers is seeking an Assistant Manager for New South Wales venues to lead daily operations, support the Publican, and motivate a team of hospitality staff. The role requires hands-on leadership, safe handling, and current RSA and RSG/RCG as per state rules.

Salary ranges from AU$79,500 to AU$82,500 plus Super, with wellbeing and staff discounts across ALH Hotels, BWS, Dan Murphy's and other Endeavour Group brands.

Qualifications

• Current RSA certificate and RSG/RCG as per state requirements.
• Experience supervising or leading hospitality teams.
• Hands-on role with ability to move stock and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Know the locals and be part of the crew.
• Support the Publican to run the venue smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of hospitality staff.
• Handle hiccups before they become headaches.
• Bring energy, service and smiles every shift.
