Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Sandringham Hotel. You will lead a team across shifts, delivering exceptional service while upholding safety and operation standards. You’ll collaborate with the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, handle issues, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for locals.

The role requires hands-on work, a proven supervisory background, and current RSA/RCG/Gaming Licences as per state rules. Great energy and guest focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring physical tasks and lifting
• Experience supervising or leading a team
• RSA/RCG/Gaming Licence required by state regulations
• Hospitality experience in bar, bistro or gaming room is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team across shifts to deliver great service
• Support the Publican to run the pub safely and smoothly
• Handle issues quickly to maintain a positive guest experience
• Be the face of the pub when leadership is away and maintain energy and vibe
