You will work with venue leadership to uphold service standards, ensure compliance and deliver a welcoming country-hospitality experience for guests and the local community.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership experience in pubs, bars or gaming venues.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams during busy service periods.
• Confident with cash handling, banking and end-of-night procedures.
• Strong operational and compliance focus; RSA & RSG essential.
