Job summary

The Norwood Hotel in Norwood, SA, part of the Endeavour Group family, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the venue buzzing and loved by locals. This hands-on role involves supervising staff, ensuring safety and great vibes, and representing the pub when the boss is away.

You’ll need an RSA, RSG and RP Badge and a passion for hospitality. Competitive base salary of AUD 80,000 plus super and bonus scheme, plus group-wide discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring physical tasks and lifting
• Experience supervising or leading a team
• RSA, RSG and RP Badge as per state requirements

Responsibilities

• Get to know locals and be part of the pub crew
• Support the Publican to run the pub smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
• Lead a team of hospitality staff and learn the ropes of publican duties
• Handle hiccups before they become headaches
• Bring energy, service, and smiles on every shift
