Back @ Work Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedics in Logan, UT. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with a collaborative, growth-oriented environment and competitive pay.

You will work under a licensed PT, helping patients regain mobility and function through personalized treatment plans, with ongoing mentorship and CEU opportunities provided by Upstream.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Utah PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
