Job summary

Snooze Management Pty in Melbourne (Hoppers Crossing) is seeking a Sales Assistant on a part-time or casual basis. You will greet customers, build relationships, and provide expert sleep solutions while contributing to a friendly, high-energy store environment.

You’ll work agreed weekdays, weekends and public holidays, with 15–20 hours weekly on weekends. Prior retail experience helps but isn’t required; an incentive program rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in selling big ticket items is preferred, but not essential.
• Customer-focused actions.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• The ability to use a computer.
• The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's.
• The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time

The role

SnoozeHoppers Crossing is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant on a part-time or casual basis. We are looking for someone who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers.

In this role, you can expect to be working across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. 15 - 20 hours per week must be available both days on the weekends.
