Job summary

Bonds Casuarina is seeking a motivated PT Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This 32-hour per week role focuses on delivering inclusive customer experiences and supporting store budgets and KPIs.

You will help train and coach the team, assist with VM displays, stock processing, and collaborate with the Store Manager on day-to-day operations and peak period tasks.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated PT Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Casuarina store.

This is a part-time position at 32 hours per week.

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs

• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
