Already working in private practice but frustrated by excessive admin, inefficient systems, unrealistic KPIs, room-hopping or a lack of support when challenges arise?
At New Vision Psychology, we’ve spent 17 years refining our systems to address the realities of private practice. We offer our clinicians the infrastructure and support to focus on their clinical work and build a sustainable long-term caseload.
New Vision Psychology is a leading private practice with 50 clinicians across 5 Sydney locations (CBD, Burwood, Chatswood, Hurstville and Castle Hill) that provides comprehensive psychology services for children, adolescents and adults.
We invest significantly in building and supporting your caseload, and are looking for psychologists who want to grow with our practice over the long term while providing continuity of care for their clients.
We are currently recruiting psychologists for our Burwood, Chatswood and Sydney CBD clinics who meet the following criteria:
Start date: Late December 2026 or early 2027

We value high clinical standards, reliability, effectiveness and continuity of care. Many our clinicians have been with us for years, with some progressing into full-time contracting roles. We aim to build long-term working relationships with our clinicians, which is why we invest significantly in the systems, support and caseload development that allow them to build successful and sustainable careers.
“I enjoy the balance of autonomy and support at New Vision Psychology. I have a consistently full caseload and financial security, while still maintaining work-life balance. Working alongside other psychologists also means I never feel alone.”
“Having worked in practices where I moved between rooms with early starts and late finishes, I truly value having my own dedicated therapy room. The consistency it creates benefits both my clients and my clinical work. Here, I choose to work 9am–5pm with 6 billable hours and 2 hours of built-in breaks — a structure that supports high-quality care and long‑term sustainability.”
“The admin team is exceptional, allowing me to focus fully on my clinical work. When I encounter urgent issues, the Directors are always available to provide clinical guidance and support.”
Please note: This position is not suitable for psychologists who currently own, operate, or intend to establish a private practice that would create a conflict of interest with this role.
