MedRecruit Limited is seeking a Staff Specialist Psychiatrist to deliver specialist mental health care across inpatient, community and emergency settings in Brisbane. You will conduct assessments, provide consultations, engage in multidisciplinary clinics and contribute to service improvement while mentoring junior staff.

The role supports teaching, research and professional development with flexible full-time/part-time options and a competitive remuneration package in the Queensland health

Qualifications

• Fellowship of RANZCP or equivalent specialist qualification.
• Eligible for Specialist Registration with AHPRA.
• Experience in acute, inpatient and community psychiatry.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to teaching, supervision and service improvement.

About the Role

Opportunity for a Psychiatrist to provide specialist mental health care across inpatient, community and mental health emergency settings. You will be responsible for patient care, conduct inpatient and outpatient consultations, participate in multidisciplinary clinics, and contribute to a collaborative, consumer-focused service. International candidates can be considered.
