Job summary

Allied X in Australia is seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that align with NDIS goals. You’ll work with children, adolescents and adults, collaborating with families, carers and a multi-disciplinary team to promote sustainable outcomes.

This hybrid role combines clinic-based and community work across Gold Coast and Sydney, offering variety and flexibility in your day-to-day.

Qualifications

  • NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
  • Experience in Behaviour Support Plan development and Functional Behaviour Assessments.
  • Knowledge of restrictive practices and Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for improving lives.
  • Driver's License.

  • Conduct functional assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
  • Provide training and support to families, carers, and support teams

About the Role

We are expanding our dynamic team and on the lookout for a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner. In this role, you will create and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed behaviour support plans that align with participants’ NDIS goals. You’ll work with a diverse caseload including children, adolescents, and adults, and collaborate closely with families, carers, and a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to promote sustainable outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, involving a mix of clinic-based and community-based work. You’ll support clients across various locations throughout Gold Coast and Sydney, providing flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
