Qualifications

• Provisional registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
• A genuine passion for delivering evidence-based psychological services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centred approach.
• An interest in developing experience across clinical and organisational psychology services.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EAP counselling and workplace mental health support.
• Conduct psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide services to private clients and counselling.
• Manage workers' compensation, injury adjustment and rehabilitation.
• Respond to critical incidents and workplace psychological support.
• Collaborate with experienced psychologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to both short-term and longer-term interventions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Provisional Psychologist seeking exposure to a broad range of presentations, quality supervision and a clear pathway towards general registration.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced psychologists, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical capabilities across a diverse range of services, including:

• Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling and workplace mental health support.
• Psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Private clients and counselling services.
• Workers' compensation, injury adjustment and rehabilitation.
• Critical incident response and workplace psychological support.
• Collaboration with experienced psychologists and multidisciplinary teams.

Your caseload and responsibilities will be tailored to your experience, registration requirements and professional development goals.
