Job summary

Sharp & Carter Healthcare is partnering with a well-established national provider of psychological services to recruit a passionate Provisional Psychologist to develop clinical skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.

With a strong national presence and an experienced team, the role offers exposure to diverse presentations, quality supervision and a clear pathway towards general registration.

Qualifications

• Provisional registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
• A genuine passion for delivering evidence-based psychological services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centred approach.
• An interest in developing experience across clinical and organisational psychology services.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EAP counselling and workplace mental health support.
• Conduct psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Provide services to private clients and counselling.
• Manage workers' compensation, injury adjustment and rehabilitation.
• Respond to critical incidents and workplace psychological support.
• Collaborate with experienced psychologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exposure to both short-term and longer-term interventions.
