Real Therapy Solutions is inviting applications for the Provisional Psychologist 2027 Graduate Program. This program supports new grads to turn their psychology degree into a thriving career with hands-on clinical experience in a multidisciplinary setting across NSW.

You’ll work with a diverse caseload across life stages, receive weekly 1:1 supervision for six months, monthly coaching, and access to the MedHealth Academy with CPD opportunities.

We're looking for Provisional Psychologists to join our 2027 Graduate Program, where you'll gain hands‑on clinical experience, personalised support, and the confidence to grow into the clinician you aspire to be.

Working within our multidisciplinary team, you'll build your skills across a diverse caseload spanning the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, adults and older adults, all while learning from experienced psychologists who genuinely want to see you succeed.
