Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, invites new graduates to join a 12-month Structured Graduate Program. The first 12 weeks provide intensive induction, followed by a gradually increasing caseload and strong clinical support.
You’ll benefit from weekly supervision, monthly coaching, a dedicated buddy, and access to MedHealth Academy as you develop clinical reasoning and confidence across lifespan clients.
Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, has been delivering multidisciplinary therapy services for over 25 years. With purpose-built clinics and Sensory Gyms in Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown, and Penrith, we're one connected team helping individuals and families achieve meaningful, real-life outcomes while providing a supportive environment where clinicians can learn, collaborate, and thrive.
Start your career with the support you wish every new grad had.
You’ve worked hard to get here.
Now comes the part that can feel exciting… and a little daunting.
The thought of stepping into your first clinical role. Managing a caseload. Making clinical decisions. Wondering if you’ll have enough support when things get tough.
At Real Therapy Solutions, we get it.
That’s exactly why we’ve built our 2027 Graduate Program the way we have.
This isn’t a role where you’re handed a full caseload, shown your desk, and expected to figure it out. Our program is designed to help you grow your confidence, build your skills, and enjoy being a clinician from day one.
You’ll be surrounded by experienced clinicians who genuinely want to see you succeed. You’ll have time to learn. Time to ask questions. Time to develop into the practitioner you want to become.
Our 12-month structured Graduate Program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a strong foundation before you’re expected to work independently.
We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for your first four months, so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.
You’ll also have:
One of the biggest challenges for new graduates is feeling isolated.
We’ve intentionally created a graduate community that keeps you connected.
You’ll start alongside other new grads, learn together, celebrate wins together, and support each other through those inevitable first-career challenges.
There will always be someone to ask.
Someone to debrief with.
Someone who remembers exactly what it felt like to be in your shoes.
You’re a soon-to-be graduated OT who is:
