Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a Consultant in Sydney, Australia to configure and customize our real estate software for clients. You will join a team handling implementation projects, train clients, and learn to use SQL to solve problems.

You will lead client sessions, deliver training, maintain environments and manuals, and document requirements while creating reports and interfaces to third-party apps. The role may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Information Technology or equivalent knowledge in the industry.
• 2+ years' experience in consulting services, product implementation, or systems design & development.
• Experience in training and training delivery.
• Strong Team player.
• Understanding of software implementation methodology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High initiative and self-motivation.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or other RDBMS preferred.
• Role may require occasional overseas or domestic travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead fast-paced sessions with client personnel to design tech-based solutions.
• Run training sessions for individuals or groups.
• Maintain training environment and manuals.
• Assist clients in configuring MRI Software applications.
• Document clients' business requirements.
• Create custom reports using SQL Server templates or views.
