Job summary

MRI Software in Sydney seeks a Consultant to join a team configuring and customizing real estate software to meet client needs. You will lead implementation projects, train users, and learn SQL to solve problems.

Key responsibilities include leading client sessions, delivering training, configuring MRI applications, documenting requirements, building reports in SQL Server, and creating third‑party interfaces. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or IT or equivalent knowledge in the industry.
• At least 2+ years' experience in consulting services, product implementation, or systems design & development.
• Experience in training and training delivery.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• Understanding of software implementation methodology.
• Occasional travel (domestic or overseas) required.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or other RDBMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fast-paced sessions with client personnel to design tech solutions.
• Run training sessions for individuals or groups of users.
• Maintain training environment and training manuals.
• Assist clients in configuring MRI Software applications.
• Understand and document client business requirements.
• Create reports using templates or SQL Server views.
• Provide functional and technical consulting (gap analysis, configuration, health checks, implementation).
• Convert business data into MRI via integration.
• Create interfaces to third-party software applications.
• Test software functionality to meet client expectations.
