Job summary

Nacap, a multi-disciplinary constructor of energy infrastructure, is seeking an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join our team at the Doncaster Head Office. You will coordinate tender, EOI and prequalification submissions, manage content, and work with internal contributors to deliver high-quality, win-focused proposals.

Reporting to the Proposals Lead, you will develop action plans, edit responses, and ensure compliance and timely delivery across medium to large projects within Australia,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in proposal coordination and delivery within construction, engineering, infrastructure or professional services environments.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating medium to large tenders, EOIs and prequalifications.
• Nationally Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Communications, Estimating, Marketing or equivalent.
• Advanced proposal writing, editing and content integration capability aligned to submission strategy and evaluation criteria.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, long documents), PowerPoint and Excel for proposal development and coordination.
• Advanced experience using Adobe InDesign and Acrobat to design and format professional, submission‑ready documents.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members in a proposals or documentation environment.
• Ability to manage submission document control, addendums, clarifications and compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Proposals Lead you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality tender, EOI and prequalification submissions under the overall direction of the Proposals Lead. The role provides advanced proposal writing capability, manages internal contributors and submission schedules, and supports continuous improvement of proposal processes and content.

As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following:
