Job summary

An Associate Property Lawyer is sought to join a leading Australian commercial law firm in Sydney, working with one Partner across the entire transaction lifecycle on capital transactions, development projects and leasing matters.

You will handle structuring, due diligence, negotiation and post-completion implementation, with 3–5 years PAE and a commercially minded, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ PAE in private practice preferred.
• Experience across commercial property transactions and developments is desirable.
• Commercially minded and collaborative approach to ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on capital transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and financing.
• Work on development projects across large-scale mixed-use and build-to-rent developments.
• Advise on leasing, fit-out and ongoing operation of assets across Australia.
