The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) in NSW is hiring a Property Services Officer to manage frontline Crown land services, administer records, and support customer enquiries. This ongoing full-time role is based in Maitland with some travel and offers a competitive salary plus super.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, community‑minded Property Services Officer who’s eager to learn, enjoys variety in their workday, and thrives in a role that blends customer service and administrative responsibilities. There will also be case work and project work involvement including field work where required.
As a Property Services Officer, you’ll be on the frontline of Crown land management. Your work will support government priorities, help maintain the integrity of public land information, and ensure communities receive accurate, timely advice.
To be successful, you will be highly organised, a team player, have excellent people skills and ideally have previous working experience in administration or customer service. There is plenty of on the job training available, this is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their skills set and develop their career.
