Job summary

LJ Hooker Property Point is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our Werribee team. You will take ownership of a residential portfolio, handling client communications, maintenance coordination, arrears, rent reviews and renewals with support from leasing and inspections staff.

You'll bring residential property management experience, hold an Agent’s Representative qualification and a valid driver’s licence.

The role

Take ownership of your portfolio, managing client communication, maintenance, arrears, rent reviews, renewals and VCAT matters as required. Build strong relationships, keep people informed and follow through.

About you

You have residential property management experience, confidently manage a portfolio and take pride in your organisation, communication and results. You enjoy solving problems and being part of a team.

You’ll need an Agent’s Representative qualification and current driver’s licence. Experience with various property management software is highly regarded.
