Property Manager – Residential & Commercial

You’ll join a supportive, customer-centric team managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties—predominantly across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
• ‘Can-do’ attitude with a proactive, service-first approach
• Victorian driver’s licence and reliable car
• Administrative experience and ability to prepare clear, detailed reports

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, maintenance and arrears across the portfolio
• Conduct open inspections, condition reports, entries/exits and routine inspections
• Prepare and execute listing presentations and marketing campaigns
• Maintain client databases and prospect for new managements
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades efficiently and professionally
• Utilise Property Tree, MyDesktop and RP Data
• Prepare reports and documentation accurately and on time
