Job summary

Recruit & Consult in NSW is seeking a Property Manager to co-manage a residential portfolio alongside senior staff. The role is a 12-month contract with a focus on delivering exceptional service and work-life balance.

You will complete inspections, handle repairs and lease renewals, and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while staying compliant with the Residential Tenancies Act. The team values collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Property Manager.
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 license.
• Current NSW Driver Licence.
• Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Friendly, reliable and customer-focused approach.
