Job summary

R.E Talent in Queensland is seeking a Property Manager to join a luxury, beachfront brand. You’ll manage a curated portfolio, with in-office and field support, while maintaining high service standards.

Weekly schedule is Monday to Friday with a supportive team culture, mentoring, and ongoing training. A current QLD Real Estate Certificate and a valid driver’s license are essential as you build lasting relationships with owners and tenants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Property Management.
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage a well-maintained property portfolio with in-office and field support.
• Handle maintenance, arrears, lease reviews, bond processes, notices, and tribunal matters where required.
• Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections with reporting.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with owners and tenants.
