• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
• Prepare rental appraisals and present tenancy applications.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and rent reviews.
• Manage arrears and lease renewals to maximise client returns.
• Represent rental providers at tribunal as required.
