Sharon Bennie on the NSW Central Coast is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio of 200–250 properties. You will work with a Leasing Executive, Accounts team and Admin Assistant to keep the workflow smooth and clients satisfied.

The role offers a collaborative, family‑like culture with strong support from the Principal, opportunities for growth, plus annual bonuses and social events. A car and driver’s licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to autonomously manage a residential portfolio within a busy team.
• Must own a car and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of 200–250 properties.
• Coordinate duties for your POD.
• Undertake routine and final inspections.
• Manage rental increases and lease renewals.
• Handle disputes and NCAT where needed.
• Source new business for additional commission (optional).
